Individual Coaching is strength-based, goal-oriented, and built around you not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Whether you need support with anger management, stress, life transitions, or trauma recovery, your coach works with you one-on-one to develop practical strategies and sustainable change, with flexible scheduling including evening hours for working professionals and shift workers.

Group Coaching
Group Coaching is designed for individuals who benefit from learning alongside others who understand their experience. Because growth does not happen in isolation. Our groups are facilitated by RISE Framework-trained coaches and available in focused tracks including anger management, trauma-informed emotional regulation, parenting, stress management, and professional resilience, with both daytime and evening sessions offered virtually.

Anger Management
Whether anger is disrupting your relationships, your career, or your sense of control, our Anger Management Coaching provides a personalized path forward through two distinct tracks. Our Standard track builds practical skills in emotional regulation, communication, and de-escalation, while our Trauma-Informed track goes deeper using the RISE Framework to help individuals recognize anger as survival intelligence and learn to redirect it without suppressing the truth of what they experienced.

Trauma Informed Care (TIC) Certifications
The Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) Certification program provides healthcare and behavioral health professionals with the clinical knowledge, assessment skills, and implementation strategies needed to deliver genuinely trauma-informed services. Built on the RISE Framework, which reframes trauma responses as survival intelligence rather than pathology. For experienced professionals who want to take it further, our TIC Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certification authorizes graduates to teach and certify others using the full RISE Framework curriculum, expanding trauma-informed practice across their organizations and communities as authorized Viero MH Consulting facilitators.

Anger Managemnt Certifications
The Trauma-Informed Anger Management Certification bridges the gap between standard anger management programming and the complex realities of trauma-exposed populations, including veterans, justice-involved individuals, survivors of coercive control, and those with adverse childhood experiences. Grounded in the RISE Framework, this certification teaches professionals to stop treating anger as a behavior to suppress and start recognizing it as a signal to decode.
